Spice up Your Meal Replacement Shake

Meal replacement shakes are a great way to cut out calories without slowing your metabolism or missing out on nutrients but they don’t always take home the gold in the flavor department. There are some easy ways to spice up a plain vanilla shake and make it a more fun drink.

Cinnamon- Cinnamon is a great spice that adds health benefits and no calories to your shake. You can add as much or as little as you like and it goes great with vanilla or even chocolate shake mix.

Chai– A powdered chai tea drink mix can be added to your vanilla shake to create an exotic flavor. Chai is a blend of vanilla, cinnamon and other spices, so it goes great with vanilla shakes and packs a flavor punch. Just be aware of any added sugar that may be in some chai drink mixes.

Coffee– An amazing addition to your breakfast shake, instant powdered coffee is a great flavor boost, offers caffeine for a morning pick-me-up and has a potency that quickly transforms the flavor of your shake.
